The table I am requesting will be used during my daily literacy lessons within my small group instruction. Every morning I meet with students for our "Reading Workshop." My students are learning & practicing the essential skills needed to become fluent readers, and truly need a "meeting space" for their rotation time with me. I frequently reflect on the effectiveness of my instruction & how well it accommodates my students' various learning styles. In a room full of diverse learners, I am realizing that I need a space to meet with my students face to face and within close proximity. This table will allow for better understanding of concepts and more teachable moments. Also, it will make learning more interactive and fun!
