Blocks is a favorite activity to many students. They can spend hours if they could planning, constructing and creating in the block center. Students building skills naturally evolve from "building up" into compete cities and complex roads systems through the school year. However an inefficient organization system has deterred a few students from participating in the block area and thus preventing them from building and creating. Learning to clean after ourselves is a critical skill learned and practiced in kindergarten. The items I selected will help my students quickly and efficiently organize the materials they were utilizing. These items will help students be successful and enjoy the area again in the future.
