Binders for Organization
Funded Jul 31, 2025With a special thanks to your generous donations, my students can be organized inside the classroom. As well as, learn to be organized outside of the classroom. Binders allow students to be creatively different through self expression, but organized to locate what is needed by saving time. The students were excited to have what was needed after not being able to provide on their own, due to personal circumstances. My student's next steps are for them to get all the information they need and to organize accordingly.”

Tea with Mom and Donuts with Dad
Funded May 6, 2025Thank you for helping us bring Donuts with Dad and Muffins with Mom to life. The parents were grateful and appreciate. Students were excited to share that time with their father and mother figures. In our fast-paced world filled with demands and challenges, it is easy to overlook the simple act of saying "thank you." However, expressing gratitude is a powerful gesture that can have a profound impact on both the giver and the receiver. As I reflect on the importance of gratitude, I am reminded of the countless ways in which saying "thank you" has shaped our life.”

Funded Feb 5, 2025Thank you for your generosity! The students and parents truly appreciate what you've done for them. The pencils, binders, and notebooks will last them until next school year. What ever is left over, I will hold for students mid semester one. Donated pencils are used to help them complete their work. The binders are helping them stay organized and use for multiple classes. As far as the notebooks, they have multiple purposes within language arts class.
Students couldn't believe they received donated packages to help them be better. Some students are afraid to ask for materials because of embarrassment, or their parents can't afford it. All parents can't afford to replace school supplies through out the year. Which is the reason I came up with this idea to go through donors choose. When you're effectively working, you will always need materials replaced.”

Design and Decorate a Classroom
Funded Aug 15, 2024Words can't express how thankful myself and students are. My focus was making sure they had the materials needed for class, which didn't leave me enough funds to provide decorations. Instead of looking at 7 huge bare walls, there's content related decorations on 6 of the 7 walls. Because I teach 3 learning labs, students are assigned various different subjects. Therefore, the content posters you all donated towards represent math, science, social studies, health, physical education, music, and art. Lastly, the star cutouts are for a section of the classroom that highlights student performances.
When I began decorating, the students became eager to help; and they made comments about how the room was more appealing. Now students enjoy being in my classroom setting. My students' next steps are to utilize the content posters for their courses as references to give their eyes a break from digital content.”
