Imagine a group of 3-5 year olds reflecting on their art experience, engaged in conversation, thinking critically and evaluating their work with each other. My classroom, the studio, is a space that focuses on the arts through the senses, the heart and the intellect. Our school is inspired by the schools in Reggio Emilia Italy, a beautiful, child led reimagining of what preschool can look and feel like. We have three campuses and I am the studio teacher who provides programming to two of them.
