Most of these students’ learning has become severely interrupted due to the pandemic. The majority of these students come from lower income homes. We need to do what we can to get these kids back on track and give them the proper tools to support their learning needs. It is my first year teaching and my students need books. Reading is linked to vocabulary, speech, and language development. This is the foundation for our future. This project would fund my entire classroom library. Let’s get books in the hands of these kiddos!
