My students create interactive writing journals to use as reference material throughout the year. These journals have information that can be used even after the students move on to upper grades. A color printer would help them create beautiful and engaging journals that they can use for years to come. To motivate and encourage students, I have been gifting them stickers to decorate their devices and classroom journals when they reach a goal, show growth, or answer questions. A Cricut would be an amazing device to have because students could create their own stickers. This would be a great motivational tool to use in our class. They would really enjoy it!
