When students come into my classroom, we focus on the four domains of language: reading, writing, listening, and speaking. We do this by using a great reading program that has all the components of language built into it. This program has an app that is available on these Amazon tablets. Students can do a lot of activities with the books we are reading in class on these tablets. With four new tablets, my students will be able to listen to the books we are reading and record themselves reading the books! They love hearing themselves read out loud, and they love reading the books on a form of technology. Having these tablets will give my students access to hundreds of new books with our reading program app! Students will also be able to listen to most of the books in Spanish, which would be a great learning tool.
