Authentic resources in Spanish will allow my students to take on the skills and concepts that we are learning in the classroom in a fun and engaging way, both collaboratively with their classmates and independently. Oftentimes, Spanish resources are poorly translated or lack visuals that help guide students towards success. My students show more engagement and excitement when they are given resources that are authentic to their language. These resources support the high expectations held for my bilingual students and will allow them to show growth and mastery with grade-level concepts.
