This will allow my students to physically explore lessons in an independent manner. As a result, this can broaden their minds to think like a scientist and learn to ask helpful questions and draw conclusions from their observations. They will be able to learn cooperatively and share ideas and thoughts with partners when working in pairs or small groups. Discovery learning is imperative for young minds because it allows them to learn new things as well as gaining a sense of accomplishment and understanding of new experiences. In Pre-K we learn through having fun and playing with different types of media, whether it be artistic or technological. This STEM bundle will allow my students to explore through all types of STEM journeys, learn higher order activities, and gain confidence through the social-emotional learning experiences they will get with group work on lessons!
