By providing a variety of seating options, students have more opportunities to find a seat that works best for them. Stools and balance ball chairs allow students to move as they work without it being a distraction to themselves and others. Stadium seats give the students back support and allows them to rock back and forth as they work. This flexible seating helps the students better focus on their learning, instead of focusing on staying still. It is important for students to feel comfortable when doing their work. I also want to have a designated reading corner, so that students have an area where they can read without being distracted. The book shelf would allow me to make a classroom library. Thank you for helping my students focus and learn!
