As our school looks to build upon its foundation of Indigenizing education in a dynamic learning environment, I am asking for help in creating diverse seating options which may be easily moved around by students for purposes of 1)comfort and 2)social distancing. When students have the freedom to choose a position which works best for them, they are more likely to remain engaged in classroom discussions. As we look ahead to opening our school (safely) to welcome our kids back to campus, I am hoping to keep with our goal of providing individualized comfort aimed toward recognizing the holistic health of each child.

About my class
