Our school takes great pride in our PBIS program. PBIS, Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports, has been established by the Office of Special Education Programs, US Department of Education to give schools capacity-building information and technical assistance for identifying, adapting, and sustaining effective school-wide disciplinary practices. The awards and incentives I am requesting include SmileMakers Sports Balls, Blinking Hair Balls, Google Goggles and other great prizes that will be used to promote positive behavior choices in my classroom. In my classroom, students are recognized for positive behavior choices, and these items will certainly motivate them to keep up the outstanding behavior. No Act of Kindness, No Matter How Small Is Ever Wasted - Aesop. Please consider helping me recognize students who go above and beyond by demonstrating positive behavior on a consistent basis. Great things are taking place in our classroom and school because of the generosity of people just like you!
