In our bilingual kindergarten classroom, everyone can be found at a different literacy center in the morning or at a different math center in the afternoon, but it gets a little noisy when everyone has learned to do using a Chromebook or the computer because we do not have any headphones. Having headphones means, it will be much easier for all my bilingual kindergarten students to focus as they use the technology we are so lucky to have. It also means, those waiting their turn and using other learning materials, will stay focused on their own activity. The purpose will be two-fold and much appreciated, but also make our classroom a little bit quieter too.
