We are offering Forensics as an elective at our school for the first time, and we need additional materials to do a blood typing activity. Our focus is on connecting class concepts to careers, and the best way to do that is by doing activities with real world results. The blood typing activity is a fun and hands-on project that will last in the memories of the students and give them exposure to applied science. This educational experience, however, comes at a cost. If this project is fully funded, we will be able to offer our forensics class without charging students a materials fee, meaning it will be accessible for the entire population. Funding this project gives all students access to an activity that shows that Forensics is more than what you see on the screen.
