My students typically have a lot of wiggles, and as a result, I find myself having to remind my students to keep their feet on the ground or all four chair legs on the floor. Not only can these behaviors be dangerous, but they are also distracting to those around them. I have tried to use regular fidgets, and while those work really well during independent work time, they hinder my ability to give instruction when directing the whole class because they can be noisy. Flexible seating options, like the ones I have chosen, will allow my students the option for movement while learning, without the distraction to others or risk of harm to themselves.
