The Charcoal Rectangular Carpet is where so much of their learning will happen! It will be the epicenter of the classroom. To me, one of the most exciting aspects of the classroom is having an area where students meet, confer, and grow their brains. In my student teaching in kindergarten, I initially did not see the carpet area as one that held so much importance. However, now that I am starting my own classroom, I see how vital it is when I think about planning my instruction. I cannot wait to get this piece into my space for my students.
