I have always known the importance of stretching, breathing, and flexibility. For exercise but also for life in general. My students are excitedly open to learning new techniques to become better and stronger individuals and new yoga mats and accessories would 100% help them in this journey. There are 10 mats we have in class that are torn up and hole-y and neither the students (nor I) feel inspired. I know that if I could get them brand new mats it would reengage them into the idea of being in charge of their health and work even harder to become more flexible and fit.
