My brilliant fourth graders are growing up in a low-income area. To give you a background information about my school, it is a charter school in Downtown Los Angeles, where students are at risk of failure and living at or near poverty. However, regardless of socioeconomic status or race, EVERY CHILD deserves to have an outstanding education and to surround themselves with people who are going to lift them higher. My mission is to give those students opportunity to explore various things and to help them learn that they can do anything they set their mind to.

About my class
