The general education school curriculum does not support all special needs learners, who may need accommodations, visuals, and activities broken down into smaller segments. As a ESE teacher, I find it difficult to find resources to reach my special needs learners and often have to modify or purchase outside resources in order to get the lesson across. I want my students to be engaged, supported and excited to learn on their level. I want to make sure I provide the best education I can give them. During this time, during e-learning, it is especially challenging to teach special needs from an e-learning platform. These resources will allow me to provide engaging lessons for my students and set a positive experience for such a unique time for all of us.
