Hello fellow colleagues and supporters! My name is Josie Weinmann and I am in my 9th year of teaching. I am a special education teacher in the area of Transition, supporting students ages 17-22 as they move from high school to their adult lives. I am part of the Project LIFE program, where we work to provide our interns/students with a variety of work experience and on-the-job training with job coaches. We strive to help out interns reach their goals and their "Good Life Plans" by providing instruction in the areas of Post-secondary education and training, independent living, and employment. From resumes to interviews, personal finances, cooking, and the city bus!
