My students would benefit greatly from more organized storage in our classroom. We have toys, folders, and games galore, but nowhere to store them. Without cubbies, many of our materials have to go above my closet, which is not accessible for my first-grade students. These cubbies would help students to become independent in choosing and returning games, math manipulatives, folders, and would allow for a more inclusive classroom! I can see how much my students enjoy building independence through our daily tasks. I continue to encourage life skills such as choosing the appropriate materials and cleaning up after themselves, and these cubbies would help students practice these skills even further. Thank you for supporting my classroom!
