I teach in a Title 1 school in West Jordan, UT. First graders absolutely love to wiggle while working. The classic school desk chair does not provide them with the movement they desire while working. I am asking for wobble stools to help improve my students' learning. Having the stools will also cut back on the students' desire to lean back in a typical desk chair, which leads to falling. My students are happiest and do their best work when they are free to move while working. Being able to incorporate movement into my students' independent work will improve their learning. Having wobble stools will give my students the movement they need to keep focused on their work throughout the school day.
