My speech students benefit from visual supports to increase their comprehension and their academic performance. These supports include graphic organizers, enhanced or annotated texts, enlarged print, pictures, comparison texts, and more. Many students have visual-spatial deficits that require specific adaptations and/or modifications of text. A document camera will allow us to present text and information in a way that is clear, concise, and tailored to student needs. The document camera will be used to reinforce concepts learned in core content subject areas, critical for academic performance and success.

About my class
