These materials will help our classroom library provide students with greater opportunities to read and learn about the world around them! I specifically want to have more nonfiction books and books that celebrate diversity for my students and how to embrace our differences and learn about different cultures. These nonfiction books will provide my students with a greater opportunity to learn about animals and the world around them. I will use these books in lessons about diversity and also about how books allow us to learn more about this amazing world. Students will also read these books independently!
