Students will create their own 3-D cities using their knowledge of angle relationships (geometry). Students will use the above supplies and more to create the cities. Students construct all aspects of their theme cities and their components (streets, buildings, parks, recreation areas, etc.) We discuss elements of the different types of cities in the world, but also the mathematical components in the world around us (measurements, angles, lines, transversals, etc.). The above items help the students to complete the task without being a financial burden on the families. Students get a taste of the STEM curriculum with this assignment. Thank you so much for your help!
