The clay is something that every child should have a chance to experience. It would open the eyes of many children who feel that 2D is not an area in which they excel. There are many different types of artists and I want each of my students to experience those avenues. Being able to print specific references immediately and customize it for each child would be very helpful in the art classroom. Having a visual reference for many students is necessary and helps build confidence. I have many lessons that involve technology and photographs, so being able to print the students' final projects as they are completed would not only excite them, but me as well.
