I currently teach First Grade at a K-5 public school. My school has a wide range of students, many of them receive free or reduced lunch. Our ELL population is booming - and is increasing with every year! The primary grades are the foundation of education. My goal is to provide students with a safe, welcoming, atmosphere where they are comfortable taking risks, developing social skills, and learning the necessary foundational skills to last them throughout their educational journeys. I do my best to provide students the tools they need to have fun, succeed, and most importantly develop a life-long love of learning!

About my class
