Our school is a Title One school, and the funds for that program go towards a binder and a planner for each student; however, what I am finding is that the binder is too big and cumbersome for many of my students---so they don't use it! Their papers get destroyed at the bottom of their bookbag, or they can't find the papers at all. The folders I am requesting will work wonders. Imagine---One place for all of your history materials. It is a simple solution, but it will be effective. Also, we do have laptops for use in the classroom, but many of my students tell me it would be easier if they had a mouse to use as well. Organization and efficiency are key to getting good grades, and currently my students are struggling with both of those but the folders and mice will help immensely.
