Students will engage in their learning in a new and innovative way with a new BreakOut kit. This kit will allow us to inject excitement, teamwork, critical thinking, collaboration and new challenges into our classroom routine! The versatile Breakout EDU Kit & Platform Access will be used frequently to turn our classroom into an "escape room" and engage and excite students while they master Language Arts standards and skills. It will allow me to change up our routine and challenge students in a different way, while appealing to different kinds of learners and leaders. I will be able to use this kit to introduce new concepts, reinforce ideas, and review past learning in a game-like setting. In addition to targeting ELA skills, students will use interpersonal skills, problem-solving strategies, and perseverance to continually solve problems and face challenges. I am eager to watch students tackle these challenges independently and collaboratively. This kit will spark a new surge of energy into our classroom, just in time for Spring and the end of the school year!
