Inner-city youth rising from poverty stricken areas are dashing into new found success. My student innovators are accepting all challenges to apply problem-solving strategies to change their way of life as a high school teen. Students are often referred to as "21st Century Teen Leaders" because there are no words to illustrate how much effort they put into securing ownership over their own education. The school has a large percentage of minorities who take pride in changing the culture in their school environment through entrepreneurial endeavors such as launching full scale businesses to oversee student growth throughout the entire school and surrounding communities. We've successfully created clothing lines, fashion shows, and t-shirts for causes such as breast cancer but students truly need the basics to capture these moments to help inspire other schools to get more involved in the community it serves.
