Flexible seating allows students to make choices that work best for them. During independent work they choose specific spots that will help them learn and stay focused. My students currently have traditional desks and chairs and have trouble staying focused with all of their energy. I believe that with flexible seating my students will be more engage in their work and less distracting to their peers. The products that I have selected will help me give my students opportunities to choose seating that will help them stay focused and be more productive. In the past, my students have benefited from making choices that effect their learning. I hope that these seating options will help them become more independent and become advocates for themselves and their learning styles.
