Do you remember your favorite science experiment in school? For many of my students, this may be the first chance they get to learn about the Solar System, or about force and motion. Your gift helps them have hands-on experience with scientific phenomena, as well as strengthens their math standards with the measurement kit. By contributing to this campaign, you help lower income students have access to hands-on STEM education that spans 13 different standards in both Math and Science. The headphones support both our sound unit, as well as independent technology stations across all standards of learning. The measurement kit supports Unit 7 of the Georgia Math Standards, and gives students a real world, practical application for measuring and comparison. The Science kits are all companions for Georgia's 4th grade science standards. The new focus on inquiry and phenomena with these standards makes it hard for students to successfully access the material without being able to get hands-on with their learning. Thank you so much for your consideration in supporting these enthusiastic and energetic young minds! We would not be able to inspire the next generation of scientists, engineers, and inventors without you!
