My project will provide my students with math manipulatives that will help them be successful in the math classroom. The students will have access to hands on math materials, like the fraction bar and access to multicultural materials, like the "Who Was" books students can read to learn about influential people of diverse backgrounds. A lot of my students are visual learners so having anchor charts or math posters in the math classroom will help them learn math vocabs faster because it will be in their sight daily. The reusable write wipe pockets will benefit my class because it will help to save paper. Students can use the pockets to write over materials that I give them, like a graph or a worksheet.
