Many of my students are interested in taking culinary arts to the next level in high school and then further into a culinary academy. They attend a great school, however, the district budget (which has been cut $100 million this year) does not allow them the greatest of supplies. If you have any idea of the cost of food supplies, you know how quickly money can disappear! My students deserve a stress free and unlimited amount of food supplies to take the course to its highest potential!

About my class
