I'm raising money for my classroom! I'm so excited to join my new school; however, my new room is a blank slate (literally) and needs a lot of TLC. With this fundraiser, I'm specifically raising money for a projector and av cart to help students learn along with me while we are reading complex texts and for sets of novels for the whole class and small group learning. It's important to me that my students have access to high-quality, diverse, and inclusive texts, that serve as mirrors into their own lives and windows to the world around them.  The students are truly exceptional and I want to make sure my 6th and 7th-grade reading and writing classroom can meet their needs.
