I teach transitional Kindergarten in a neighborhood where most of the children receive free or reduced lunch. We are a Title 1 school, with young eager learners. Most families don't have access to a computer at home. Transitional Kindergarten is a great opportunity where a strong foundation of literacy skills can be built in. Technology will truly give the perfect gift to children to have a hands on learning and language rich environment. An early start and and early learning through the use of technology will help our students prevent from failing the demands of the 21st century. This is a stepping stone for young children to succeed in alphabet letters, sounds, and in basic math activities. Your contribution will help young scholars to achieve their goals. Thank in advance for taking into consideration our young little minds.
