The tablets will be used daily to increase ST Math accountability. Students will be able to complete STEM activities on the Discovery Education website that is required by DCPS. In addition, students will complete multiplication, division and other basic math facts using the tablet. Students will have the ability to complete technology activities daily instead of waiting for the computer cart to become available. The tablets will play many roles in the Math and Science class. Many of my 3rd grade scholars fall behind, because we have to wait for the cart and many do not have computer access at home. I want to provide them every opportunity they need in order to succeed.
