Having these materials will help my students interact with one another. In Kindergarten, this is very important. They will be able to help each other build as well as work together while they play. They will also be able to create a story, and work on their fine motor skills at the same time which will help them later in their writing! My students love to build and be creative with everyone! Some students have a really easy time creating something and others prefer pictures that they can copy. With the picture cards included, it will help boost their confidence and encourage them to try something on their own. Including the animal pieces will also help students learn their letters and sounds because they learn them with Zoo Phonics. When they have play time you see them using the animals as we would with Zoo Phonics.
