My students are children with many different and varying needs and challenges. My students are general and special education students who may need extra support in reading comprehension, verbal and written communication, social development and active engagement; some students are English language learners who require support in vocabulary, phonology, and grammar skills; some students have sound production differences and difficulties. But no matter what the disability or challenge may be, all my students at PS 317 deserve the best opportunity to succeed! I believe student engagement and social communicative interaction is a great entry point!
