My students need an InFocus projector! At the moment, our classroom has an Elmo document camera and a computer monitor that work. Our tech person told me that my projector no longer works. I have a requested a projector from the school but have not received one yet. At the moment my students and I sit on the carpet in a circle to do a lesson, therefore allowing them to see clearly what is being taught. This is also where we watch our videos on the student computer pertaining to the lesson. Forget out inside recess, the computer screen are too small and lowered so students cannot see it correctly. Having a working projector would help this lessons come to life! We would be able to watch videos that give examples of the lesson topic. It would help in the simple demonstration of the lesson itself. Our textbooks offers digital resources that can be used in the classroom but without a projector they are not of much use.
