My students take great efforts to achieve in the areas of dyslexia and dysgraphia. I am asking for sturdy new binders to serve as a "portfolio" of their growth throughout the year. These binders will be used daily. For dyslexia, they will secure reading materials that my students CAN read and will also hold all of my students' original work in writing and spelling that illustrate their growth. It will be a "living" document of the student's achievements. For dysgraphia, the binders will be used daily, as well. They will contain my students' work in the areas of handwriting, spelling, the writing process, and original written composition. We will add to this collection of work daily. My students work hard and take GREAT pride in their work. Each child will *beam* owning a "portfolio" that encompasses and illustrates all that they have accomplished throughout the year.
