Color is an element of art and design. A critical part of any art program is the ability to interact with colored reproductions of art. This project will plant a seed that will keep on growing. Students getting their hands on contemporary, real-time, artworks is priceless. This would take my program to the next level. Students can analyze, interpret, compare and contrast, as well as reproduce color prints of their liking. It is a challenge to constantly print things out to inspire them in black and white. They will be so excited to see it in color. Having the ability to print things out in color, right when the students need it in my classroom, is vital.
