My classroom is bare with desks and whiteboards. My students deserve the opportunity learn in a classroom that's on par with the increasingly technological world around them. I am requesting an LCD projector for my classroom. With the use of a projector my students will benefit by watching Power Point presentations related to the content that I teach. The lectures, group discussions, and small group instruction can be greatly enhanced by the use of such technology. The use of both visual and audio tools is an absolute necessity to engage learning. This projector will enrich their learning experience. Together we would be able to watch videos together, take online quizzes, or view real-time information on topics we discuss. The visual communication delivered to the students is more effective because it captures their attention and harbors their curiosity in learning.
