These materials would make a difference in my students' learning by increasing their ability to work in the subjects of Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math. Children will begin exploring these subjects and may find a love for it at the age of 4 or 5. The idea of STEAM helps students begin using the scientific process and engineering design processes. Children begin questioning, investigating, analyzing, and evaluating. Children will use the materials, along with challenge cards, to plan then accomplish different tasks including building a bridge or playground. These materials to build STEM bins will help foster a lifelong love of learning and discovering.
