Thank you for visiting my page! I am a public school special education teacher working in Texas. I work with a fantastic group of Kindergarten through Fifth grade students. I teach Resource Reading, Writing, and Math, which means the students spend part of their day in the special education setting and the rest of the day in with their general education peers. My students have a variety of needs including Autism, ADHD, English Language Learners, Emotional Disturbances, Intellectual Disabilities, Physical Disabilities, and Speech Impairments. Additionally, my students require tactile-kinesthetic hands-on materials and technology to meet their social, emotional, developmental, and physical needs.
