When asking my seniors 'What their biggest concern is after graduation?' many of them had concerns about not having the necessary materials to succeed. With these items, we will be able to use them as a giveaway that will be held during our free '2019 Senior Decision Day' event. This event is to celebrate the accomplishments of our senior class, and congratulate them for all the hard work they have done. Students who receive these items will be able to leave high school knowing that they at least have one item that they will be able to use to begin their post-secondary journey. For instance, a student who receives a laptop will be able to use that item to write papers, search for jobs or internships, and do research on career fields that interest them. I believe that it is essential to show these students that their hard work and dedication did not go unnoticed, with this celebration my seniors will feel motivated and excited to begin the next chapter of their lives.
