They will make an attempt to do what is asked of them, although many do not "see" the whole picture of their learning experiences. A flexible seating environment promotes creativity, productivity, and allows students to take ownership of their learning and education so that they will be successful. All students need a sense of structure, consistency, and routines regardless of any other challenge they may individually have. Flexible seating provides students with guidelines on the requirements to utilize flexibility in a safe and mainly student-led environment.
