My AIG students are constantly desiring the need to be challenged. My goal is for my students to read and analyze the novel Dear Evan Hansen. This story follows the life of a high school aged student who has to deal with the suicide of a classmate. I want to open a dialogue with my AIG students to allow for them to discuss and share their thoughts about young adolescent issues. My goal with this project is for all of my students to have their own copy of this novel so they can really develop a relationship with the text.
