Greetings! My name is Ms. Shanahan and I am the ELA/SS Coach of a wonder school called South Buffalo Charter. I work with grades k-8 along with many talented teachers and eager to learn students. However, we are at times lacking the resources to truly engage our little learners. Our school is located in the Southside of City of Buffalo in a poverty stricken area. Many of our students come from homes that may not be able to provide the necessary materials and means that they sons/daughters need when they walk into the classroom. I have devoted my time, along with all the other teachers and administrators to insure that each and every one of our children get the education that they deserve. With your help we can expose them to many authors, novels, and worldly experiences that they may never get the chance to without our support.
