My speech and language students make gains each and every day they attend therapy. Whether they are increasing their verbal or nonverbal communication skills or comprehension skills, we are working on helping them have the communication skills they need in order to access their environment. My students deserve exposure to iPads and how they can use them to connect and communicate with the world as they transition into their post-high school lives. They will learn to keep schedules, set reminders, access public transportation, make appointments, order food and many other functional life skills that they will need in order become fully integrated into society.

About my class
